This week I am joined by Dr Rob Stevens, founder of the The Men’s Health Clinic and specialises in diagnosing and managing men with testosterone deficiency. This is a field that I feel is surrounded by hype and fast and loose practice, so I wanted to speak to someone trustworthy and experienced to find out the facts and how it relates to midlifers. Dr Rob did not disappoint. He gives some real insight and valuable advice for those of us who know very little about this topic.
