Challenging Self-Sabotage & Negative Thinking Habits

This week I build on last week's episode in which I shared some ideas on tackling our unhelpful default habits and behaviours. This week I explore default thinking habits and patterns and those that self-sabotage or undermine our efforts to work towards our goals. It can be a really powerful approach to achieving our goals when we combine a focus on the behaviours with a focus on our underlying thinking patterns. I share a way to frame our unhelpful or self-sabotaging thinking and provide some advice on how we can start to tackle them.
