This week I am joined by author Owen Ryan who has appeared on the podcast before. Last time round (Episode 98), Owen shared his journey from exec burnout in Australia to his return to the UK and embarking on his dream to become a writer. Owen has since published 11 books in the 'Deadly' series with the main character Jane Phillips. Owen at time of recording is working on book 12. In this episode, Owen shares his health journey over the last year after realising his weight, health and blood pressure had become a real concern. Owen shares how he embarked on his own health transformation, taking up resistance training, healthier eating and losing 4 stone in weight.
