This week, Dave takes time away from the interviews to answer some listener and client questions. This will be one of two episodes in which Dave expands on a number of ideas he uses in his work with clients in a bid to help you shape your weight loss journey into one that is more sustainable and gets you where you want to go. This week, Dave shares how he views the role of motivation and weight loss and how seeing them as the First Gear in your weight loss vehicle is a great way to frame when and how to leverage it. speaking of levers, Dave also expands on his 'Four Levers Of Weight Management.' This is a way to frame our approach to sustainable weight loss in a clear way that puts aside the confusion and the misinformation about what we 'should' (according to whom??) be doing.
