Join Dave, and Health and Fitness experts John Lee Lydon and Michael Williamson as they explore how to get started, overcome adversity and build great health and fitness levels.John Lee and Michael have years of experience supporting the health and fitness of people from all age ranges and health situations. Having spent years working with NHS referral patients looking to get back into fitness, lose weight prior to major surgery, recover from major illness, improve mobility and quality of life outcomes. Their CrossFit Tailored Training 'box' was affiliated and opened by John Lee and Michael in 2014. The 'box' started up in a small unit in Washington, Sunderland, with 40 members who were already participating in functional training on a smaller scale.
