This week I share my 'After Eight' confession. Or as I call it 'After Eight-Gate" and some learning that came from it regarding more not necessarily being better. I am also joined by Eating Psychology Coach working in the area of "over-eating." We explore Laura's own journey with binge eating and how she came to overcome that through a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Hypnotherapy. Laura, shares her own work in progress now and gives an insight into how she approaches her client work. it's a great interview and with loads of takeaways.
